It is Mandatory to Submit Hod Letter/ PG Certificate to Avail the Registration in PG Category
It is Mandatory for all Delegates to Carry There Photo Id (Government Approved) for Smooth Registration Procedure

Requests for Cancellation for Refunds must be made in Writing or through E-mail

Cancellations Received till 15 May 2026 will get 50% of the Registration Fees (excluding GST) One Month After Conference Completion.
Cancellations Received up to 15 June 2026 will get 25% of the Registration Fees (excluding GST) One Month After Conference Completion.
No Refund of Registration Fee will be Provided for Cancellation Requests Received After 15 June 2026.
